Winter Park Flag Football was created with one simple mission:
to give young athletes an unforgettable, high-quality football experience built on development, discipline, and confidence, both on and off the field.
Our programs are designed for athletes who want more than just weekend games. We focus on teaching the fundamentals of football, building strong character, and creating an environment where players feel supported, challenged, and inspired to improve every season.

Football has been a huge part of my life, but coaching has become my true passion.
Over the years, I’ve learned that winning is important, but development, confidence, and loving the game are what truly matter at the youth level.
My coaching style is built on teaching kids how to play the game the right way, while also helping them believe in themselves and enjoy the process of getting better.
I create content for coaches and families through my YouTube channel and podcast, where I break down plays, drills, and coaching lessons to help youth coaches across the country elevate their programs and better serve their players.
My mission is simple:
to help young athletes grow, help coaches feel confident in their game plans, and build programs that kids are proud to be part of.

I’m a proud father of three incredible boys, ages 9, 11, and 13; whom I’ve been coaching in multiple sports since they were toddlers. I grew up playing basketball, and I’ve always loved not only the game itself, but also the opportunity to teach, mentor, and stay actively involved in my boys’ athletic journeys as they grow.
Sports matter to me because they instill hard work, discipline, and commitment. They teach that nothing worthwhile comes easily and that progress is made by consistently putting one foot in front of the other, day after day.
When athletes do the right things and outwork those around them, they give themselves the opportunity to compete at a higher level, whether that’s in college or beyond.
Beyond the field or court, I believe the lessons learned through sports directly translate to the professional world. Life is competitive, and it’s essential that we prepare our children to understand the value of perseverance, accountability, and effort. These principles, learned through athletics, equip them to succeed in all areas of life.
Preston and I both firmly believe in the power of sports, but above all, we believe that Jesus Christ must remain at the center. Through Him, all things are possible.
